Refund Policy

At LO&VI, we do our best to offer you quality products. If, despite our care, you are not completely satisfied with your order, here are our return and refund conditions.

 

 

 

Right of Withdrawal

 


In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days after receiving your package to notify us of your wish to return an item.

 

 

 

Conditions for accepting returns

 


To be eligible for a return and refund:

 

  • The product must be in its original condition (never worn, unwashed, undamaged).

  • Original tags must be present.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging or an appropriate equivalent.

 


(Please note)  Damaged, worn, washed, or incomplete items returned will not be eligible for a refund.

 

 

 

Products excluded from refund

 


Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or personalization reasons:

 

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective).

  • Personalized products (e.g., custom printing, special embroidery).

 

 

 

 

Return procedure

 

 

  1. First contact us by email at lovi.wrld@gmail.com specifying your order number and the product(s) to be returned.

  2. We will provide you with the address to which to send your package.

  3. Once the package is received and checked, we will confirm by email the acceptance or refusal of the refund.

 

 

 

 

Return shipping costs

 

 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error in shipping.

  • In the case of a damaged product or an error on our part, we will cover the return costs.

 

 

 

 

Refunds

 

 

  • The refund will be issued via the same payment method used during the order.

  • Processing can take up to 10 business days after receipt and verification of the package.

  • If you do not see the refund appear in your account after this period, contact us, then your bank or payment provider.

 

 

 

 

Exchanges

 


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or model, simply return the item for a refund and then place a new order on the website.
